Indianapolis, IN — January 28, 2011 — For film enthusiasts looking for something to do next Saturday, February 5, Brilliant Frontier Productions is premiering its second short film, in the long run, at the IMAX Theater at the Indiana State Museum.
When Simon returns to his favorite scenic city to photograph his cousin’s wedding, he finds that the memories of his ex-girlfriend Allison are haunting him from his previous trips with her. While on the job, and being constantly harassed by his employer, Simon has to overcome his history to find peace. Simon and Allison see whether love is ever truly lost… in the long run. In this sophomore effort from award-winning Director Benjamin Dewhurst, the film features three time periods ‘flowing together’ to tell the one story.
The experimental narrative hails the return of the award-winning crew of the best part of my day and many award-winning additions. This is a red-carpet Premiere. The film will screen at 7 p.m. and doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are available to the public at the IMAX box office, by calling (317) 233-IMAX or online by visiting the Indiana State Museum’s website. Ticket price is $14.00. Part of the proceeds will help fund the film’s submission to various film festivals across the country.
In the long run was produced by the local independent production company Brilliant Frontier Productions. The crew of BFP is comprised of individuals with many years of experience in film, television, audio, photography, videography, and logistics. The crew has accumulated many local and national awards for its work.
