Film Festival Wrap-Up

30 films and filmmarkers from across the four countries competed for the top prize at this year's Indiana University South Bend Independent Video and Filmmakers Festival, held Friday and Saturday April 18th & 19th. The Commettee Choice award went to "Shrinks" directed by Gregg Brown. The audience Choice award will be announced soon on the IVFF wesbsite. There were also several very informative workshops on Directing, Writing and Makeup FX. There was even a surprise appearance by TV personality Regis Phelbin.
